When you contact us or book an inspection, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property suburb or address, and any notes about your pool or spa barrier. We collect this directly from you, through our contact form, by phone, or by email.

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out your inspection, issue and lodge your compliance certificate, and keep you informed about your job. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except where needed to deliver your service (for example, lodging a compliance certificate with your local council) or where required by law.

How we store it

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to protect it from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
