First Inspection

A comprehensive onsite pool barrier inspection to relevant Australian Standard or Building Regulations.

 

​If the pool barrier or fence is compliant, a detailed inspection report and Form 23 will be issued within 48 hours.

​

If the pool barrier or fence is non-complaint at first inspection, a detailed report will be issued within 48 hours, complete with photos and recommendations for rectification. 

​

Inspections + written pre-inspection from from $300 (plus GST)

Travel fees may be added depending on location.

Follow Up Inspection

Follow-up (if required) pool barrier inspection to review rectification works and ensure that the barrier meets Australian Standards or Building Regulations.

​

If no further works are required, the final report and Form 23 will be issued with 48 hours.

​

Re-inspection from $100 (plus GST)

Travel fees may be added depending on location.
